Lobbying Is as Old as the Country
Lobbying has gott to become a dirty word, partly as a result of politicians saying we're not going to accept contributions from lobbyists. But lobbying is as old as the country and as old as first amendment. The job of the lobbyist is simply to help the client marshal the the facts and the arguments,. And so that, across the board, there are people who who help companies, profits, get their point of view across.
