Is There a Culture That Values These Types of Questions?

I like to use the word pilot or trial when we're doing new things. It's incredibly important to be able to create an environment where we move quickly to implement, but I find it denotes a sort of permanence. And so we're also really talking though about building a culture that values these types of questions That is comfortable interacting with each other around these type of questions and that cares about them.
