The author says writing is incredibly difficult like everyone it's easy to write a book it's very hard to write a good book and so it is very important to be caffeinated for me when i'm writing if i want to stay maintain the levels of focus that you have to continue to try to articulate points in a clean way. He will often eat corn nuts because there's not too much sugar and not too many calories in those things but if he has to stop writing to go get food it is very hard to get back into it. "I feel like it's you narrating narrating the words so you've got that down right there"
