Transitioning Out of Higher Education

I was there for 25 years in that role, got to see and I hope help create a number of programs that had not been in existence before. My children were having children and they both ended up in the same area of the state. And so my husband and I decided that we would move up to be closer to them. So it's with mixed emotions, certainly. But my new experience is also providing me lots of new challenges and experiences.
