How to Be a Successful Teacher in Japan

I taught 16 to 18 and you could have like an interesting conversation. I don't think I could at all anyone under 16. So it's I'd say senior high school is the best age to teach. And so on this time, there was a direct hire position. These are extraordinarily elusive. This means that we've cut out and interact completely and the school has directly hired you as an actual teacher. The benefits are more pay, more pay, health insurance, pension, even some schools allow you to get a bonus. Incredibly horrific working hours and expectations.
