The Importance of Controlling Information

Don't be quick to trust them. Don't share your personal experience with that guy because he's being too faced the other guy. Only give men positive attention when they do your bidding. If you get a reputation for being easily triggered or like, oh, you know, getting pissed off easily or whatever, they'll just try to provoke you even more. Like if there's nothing else that women learn from this podcast, female attention is currency for negative male attention.
