How Does Artificial Intelligence Impact Your Life?

I think to a lot of people in the way that you're describing it now, may seem to be a little way off. So how can we be concrete with people who are listening about where artificial intelligence is today in terms of impacting their lives? I basically compare AI to a child, to an infant. And I say whether or not your infants were watching, shouldn't you be a good parent if you wanted to raise good kids? It's becoming so difficult to know the difference because the machines are becoming so good at what they do and will become even better.
