Do You Think Focus and Concentration Are Super Powers?

i'm noticing more and more in people i respect that focus is becoming so difficult, the ability to think differently. I always structure out my calendar so that i've got those blocks of time where i can just now be undistracted for a while. That's what drove me into the orra ring at bedtime with Therapist who wrote why we sleep,. The other key book carre that changed my life is Why We Sleep by John McPherson. Such a game that changes your mind about how you want to liveyour life. And then there are others like johan harry  and triston harris as well which have had similar experiences.
