Walter block: It would be better for you to impose price controls on literally every single thing in the economy, except low income housing. In that oint, all the investment dollars would flood into low income housing, and the supply would explode, and that would push the rents down. Tha would get you exactly what you want. But the problem would be, very few people can see with their mind's eye.
