Every morning I wake up and do a set of breathing exercises, followed by a mindfulness practice for about 25 minutes. That is my daily practice that happens every day. And there's both an automatic and an intentional part of it. So think about the practices for you that might be super effective. If you don't feel like you have great mindset practices, you're not entirely sure. Another reason to absolutely stay tuned this month to this podcast because one of the later episodes that we'll be doing in this Kickstarter series for 2023 is a whole one on personal mindset practices.
