What's the Process for Finding the Materials for Speaking Activities?
I follow a bunch of news websites and accounts on Instagram. When something interesting pops up, I save it on my Instagram account. And then same thing, like if I'm just online or on Reddit sometimes, because I use Reddit sometimes for ideas. So that's how I try to find content that is relevant up to date. Once I find that, I basically give my students that as an activity watching or reading an article at home before we meet. We do that beforehand. Then when we meet, I'll have the discussion questions ready. They have read or watched the video, process the language already. We'll go over some of the language items and then we have the discussion in groups
