The Monogatari Series - Is This Season Two?

It's weird because I liked the monogatari series. But then I guess I didn't have any idea what was going on the whole time. It's even more confusing because basically, Nisha, she and pulled a Quentin Tarantino pull fiction. So we're like, everything is out of order, but it's in the same universe.
