When you don't have a lot of money, you can choose to invest a lot of time to save money. Maybe photo shop is a better tool over all than gimp, but gimp is free and photoshop is ten bucks a month if you just get photoshop. If you need its deographic design for somebody or you're in a band and you need make a logo for your band, maybe it'll take you more time to do an gimp,but you'll save money.
