How Sleep Affects Insomnia?
Cognitive behaviora therapy and non pharmocological way seems to be very efficacious. The more we know, obviously, the better offor her to be with all techniques. I so so again, it's not to suggest that pharmacology can't be useful for short time insomnia,. But for chronic insomnia, cognitive behaviora therapy is a good option.
