The Probability of Assassinations

If any of this story is true, then it is virtually certain this individual has already been identified. The sample size of people with access to that info is just to your point too small. It's too easy to find them. There's not a haystack for the needle. If they were afraid we're going to leak it, they would just be eliminated. Wouldn't they? I mean, I know we don't want to believe that we have our own KGB like element and somebody would fall from a high place type of thing. But if this was as secretive as possible, either the government is horribly incompetent, which totally possible. Or yeah, it's just the more and more.
