People feeling stressed about work is like almost always bad. The best thing to do in this situation is seek support from a mental health professinal, which is not me. Some people just find some situations stressful. If you are one of those people, practising the stressful situation in a safe environment seems reasonable. And another example: You shouldn't feel stressed in social situations, but some people do so for various reasons.
