What Are You Looking to Explore as a Chef?
Korean food is very specific, but I'm extremely obsessed with sweet potato like pound cakes. Abalone can't be found in the U.S., so you're going to seek that one out. There's all these things that since it's so hard to get in America, you don't get to experience it as much. It's pretty scabloding progressive and some of the best corresponds I've had have been in Korea.
