Lonelyness is bad for our mental health, says Claudia Winkleman. Listening to the radio and listening to podcasts can make people feel less lonely. Look up old friends you haven't seen in years or do nice things for other people. We also need to give ourselves a break, allow ourselves some space to feel sad - it's not going to be forever.
