Psychodrama and Relational Paradime
Individualism can eat away at organizations from the inside out. A psycho drama approach could probably bring people together, kind of hedge against the sharpest edge of individualism. There's a lot of richness in psychodrama that is able to address individualism. And i think that's important, because at the same time, individualism creeps into everythin we do.
