I think there's a lot of times when I think people within effective altruism, even like within the most of the world, it's super satisfactory. But yeah, for altruistic stuff, I think you mostly should be maximizing. And I think one reason is trying to sort of be nice or something like trying to find a job type that is at least somewhat impactful and then you can make them feel happy and included Stuff. Well, at this point, I'm sure this is clamoring to know, uh, does rethink plan to be hiring soon or is rethink currently hiring? So Like the long term is in department in particular.
