If you can't purchase a tooler, if you don't know how to make the decisions about like he what are the actual business quirements or product requirements that are needed. What i recommend for you is, hell just started out of a google sheets, that's fine. Like, just put everything in one place. Just pick something and then stick to it. And also let your little newhirs know about it, so that way, you know, they can follow the same form, adding in the same insights. So we're talking a lot on the repository side, which makes sense.
