The Importance of Social Support in Making Changes

Sometimes the inability to make progress is actually because they don't feel that they're in a loving relationship. If someone is constantly telling us or belittling us or they themselves are uncomfortable with us making changes, sometimes it's shining a mirror on their own choices. I think adequate social support is probably not discussed often enough and we need to talk about how important it is.
