Crowley and Aziraphil seem of a piece with folks like Douglas Adams. It's very British. And so, so yeah, the whole book, like the, the interesting thing that it's doing is I mean, it's calling into question sort of the things that people blindly believe about religion. You've got this view of anything as completely good or completely bad because you have Adam who is just completely human. Or in both Crowley and AzirAPHil who are respectively like a demon who is almost good and an angel who is almost bad. Yeah.
Good Omens was written by a sort of science fiction supergroup, Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett. It's one of those books where it's as fun to chew on the turns of phrase as it is to find out what happens, which is pretty amazing since it's literally about the end of the world.
