Leadership Development and Retention

The church should be expecting growth and trying to like be on be in front of it versus always being behind it. Then that will lead to ultimately people not being cared for, not having enough leaders to manage all those students or things like that. So the leadership development and retention is for new students, leadership development and then retention, right? It's outward facing and retention of new students outward and then retention of leaders means keeping leaders.
