Tendons have sort of set behaviors. You know, you mentioned a few of them there, they tend to warm up. And then as is 24-hour phenomenon, which yourself and colleagues have looked at over the years. So we should all be biopsychosocial, absolutely. We should not be biomedical. But that doesn't mean ignoring the biology. The biology is their story. if someone's not adhering or not getting better, I'm really reflective. It's a nice reminder that we can't ignore the biology.
