The Importance of Section Two 30 in Latin America

I was a big advocate for the adoption of a 230 kind of law. I honestly think that immunity for third party posted content has been built into inter American standards and into freedom of expression standards, at least in the main legal jurisdictions across Latin America. So even if we don't adopt a section two 30 kind of law,. I think the whole debate over strict liability versus subjective liability is over and we are on a more interesting. Time to actually get to unpack some of these questions more interestingly.
