Is There a Sticky Surface for Ideas?

I think that's the other great thing about writing daily is that you do, it's always top of mind. It creates this like really large sticky surface for ideas. They just like, as they're floating around, they just like stick to something. You've got something to the idea to stick to and you're like a process for capturing it. How long are your messages word count wise on average? Yeah, that's a good one.
