The Limitations on the Size of Stamps

There is a 4x discount on the data that goes into the witness. That's where all the ordinal data or your inscription data is actually being held in the blockchain. It seems like this stamps thing is going to be 10 or 100x worse for increasing UTXO set size over the long term. But I do view that as I've said before that I think ordinals increase the UTXOSet size and that is a problem with the current design.
