In many cases in B2B, the customer knows more than the sales rep when they get the sales from on the phone because of the research they've done. That's a big change. And it also means that customers are more likely to be ready to buy before they talk to sales. In B2C, we've seen an explosion in online sales. There has been a higher growth in online sales in the last two years than there has been in the previous 10. If your company is not aligned well in these three disciplines, you're missing huge opportunities.
