Algorithms of one can now precisely target a single person and they can vary precisely then serve up content. It's deliberate right it is designed to intentionally bypass the way you consciously perceive information and try to get you to act automatically reflexively. The technology is already here today that is not helpful or good content but content that can even be pushed at you by an authoritarian regime who wants to shape and change your perspective.
