Destination Disappointment

Many women say they look in the mirror and don't recognise who they are anymore. They've done all the things they were told to do without ever challenging them. Most of them have no idea what their purpose is, but they know it's not what they've got. It's so many of them say to me, if they could have anything they want space. And I think it's really interesting because when you think of space, you know, I think of space around me, but it's space in their brain, space to think. There's a term, decision fatigue. Another common thing I hear all the time is I can't even select which juice to pick for the kids
