The Power of Interruptibility

As leaders, it's really hard for us to make time for some of these interruptions because we're so busy. But there is something really magical and being able to provide whatever your people need when they need it. It proves to those individuals on your team that they're more important than whatever the hell you're doing on your computer. And it gives them that sense of validation that they matter.
