There's a really wild chapter on working with product to understand you have even the right product structure. Mike will tell you I was having a nervous breakdown before the holidays, because in my current role, we're having the conversation of do we have the right products? And there is almost a semantic diffusion of it, where not everybody thinks the same thing. It needs to be something external that creates value with a customer like those.
