i failed miserably, but i gave you finger guns too. The idea that we would flex different writing skills when we're writing for different internal audiences is basically plain language in a nutshell. So the principle of plain language is actually golden for the range of readers within for internal communicators. We think of, what do they need? How much do they want to read and what will they use my information for?
