Where Am I on Your Priority List?

The people who work in a part time format aren't people who said, I only want to do a little. And the thing that I would remind my team of if we were in that position is that they are bought in to something. They're showing you a level of commitment, but you can lose sight of that because when you're in the weeds every day and you feel like people don't get it how hard we're going here,. It might be easy to misinterpret the intentions of somebody who's just not around enough to have the insight and instinct that you have as a full time staff member.
