One of the grants that i've got in review right now is to study what's called hesicastic prayer. And this comes from an ancient christian lineage, going back to the fourth century a d. The idea is that youare training your whole body to pray without ceasing. Ahesicastic prayer intervention would look at behavior, cognitive psychological associations with measures of flourishing and depression.
