Your brain specifically when you experience the threat, the amygdala then sends a signal to the hypothalamus and adrenal medulla which produces two hormones: adrenaline and noradrenal,. Or norepinephrine, norespinephrine, same thing. It's very important that when we develop this response that all these physiologic responses, which we still have caused this, you know, these feelings that you have.
