The Cognitive Gap in Human History
CNN's John Sutter looks at the impact of colleges on people who live in small towns. He asks: Will they suck talent out of all these different areas and concentrate it in urban areas? And he says Charles Murray warns about this cognitive selection because for him, it actually creates a scenario where there's too big of a cognitive gap. But Land will have a very different opinion on that and a different concern.
