Is LLM a Database?

A computer scientist from the University of Iceland, Haphstein, Einerson told Nature News that he uses LLMs every day now. There's a big concern in the research community that scientists could try and pass off Tractu Metis' work as their own which has its own problems. In January 2023, spring laid down some ground rules for using LLMs in published articles. No LLM tool can be accepted as a credited author on a research paper. That's because any attribution of authorship carries with accountability for the work. And AI tools cannot take such responsibility.
