Are You Good at Examining Your Own Character and Conduct?

I think i'm a self righteous pain in the ars, and it's much easier to criticise other people. Are you good at examining your own character and conduct? Do you feel like you can give an accurate assessment of when you're at your best or not at your best? Or is that something you need externa, like another set of eyes to go, hey caws, what’s up?
