What Weight Are You Happy With?

weight not only is important in in athletic performance but it's also important in everyday functionality um so you know the modern western society you would say that we're heading in the wrong direction. I often ask people when i'm interviewing them to see whether they're a good fit for our coaching business is what weight are you happy with and majority of people will always tell me two to five to seven to ten kilo less than they are currently which i'm quite shocked at because most of these people are already performing athletes yet they're not happy with what their weight is at the current time of the interview.
