ye, i was gon to say, dear hank and john is probably like, the oly being i can think of that's still running. I believe that's like a two bodis kind of format. So that might be a good one to check out.

Eh, my personal recommendation is silence. I actually spend a ton of my walks and my drives with no music or anything. And a lot of my best thoughts that eventually come to this podcast did come from my thoughts in silence. That is true. If i have too much sound going on, i i can drown out my

chance at letting things percolate. For mea music is identical to silence in that regard. And i get a lot of ideas in the jym also on the bike, the they're easier to record women than the gym. I think there's just something about physical activity and not listening to like, content that does allow your brain. I no, is lik it supercharges your brain, gets it moving. But also, you have space to so, e, i'll second that recommendation. Give yourself some silence, or maybe some musicd and let your own thoughts mono cand of come out a. My favorite podcasts, the onesa i personally love, i'll recommend too. One is hardcort history from dan carlin. He doesn't publish very often, but when he does, it's like a five hour long episode. So he's busi putting out audio books in the form of a podcast. They're excellent, very well researched, as far as i can tell, from a non ph d. Historian's perspective. And then there's one from wondery called business wars.
