The word culture has no us. As frequently as it is in our own time, it's no country, no association, no body of persons, no nation, no group, but has its own culture. I mean, the number of associations for the purpose of promoting culture, paying culture, defending culture are very great. All these things have become almoys, a kind of trade mark. The sense of culture which i have just spoken is one which is presumably to be distinguished from disorganized life and individual existence.
