Are Real Estate Agents Better Than Coaches?

If you're going to start a coaching business, i would start a separate legal entity that's not connected to the homes. Another thing to consider is that if you're charging some one a thousand bucks to get em into their first house, and you're working with people that don't take action, you're never going to get paid. And this is part of the job of a real estate agent, at least a good one. We could use more good agents in our field. I think we need more people in the real estate agent space, and loan officer space, and the construction business, and the property management side, and and the c p a side, and the bookkeeping side
