How Does Serving Temperature Affect the Aroma of Coffee?

The temperature we added the based on a V-shirt project we did on how temperature influenced the taste and aroma release of coffee. High temperature as there's a lot of pyrazins that are known for these roasted flavors so while it cools down they will evaporate, then you're able to taste the more fine notes of the coffee. Unless the coffee is really bad then it will taste really bad when it coolsdown that's a really important point a bad coffee you should drink a hot tea  and i think that's the neurological the fact that you have some pain receptors that takes over all the signalswhen it's even when it starts to become above 45 degrees these pain receptors
