Is Gary Webb's Reporting Impartial?

Gary Webb's reporting is imperfect. Any story this big, there's going to be some errors. But especially Gary doesn't have a big editorial team. There's not a huge team of fact checkers. Web claims that he did reach out and they never responded, the CIA denies that he ever reached out. We just don't know who's telling the truth here.
