A lot of the mind sets and skiles apply right in. It starts with, is the person able to translate the bigger vision or direction of the company down? Can they connect the dots for people? Because i don't think people are willing to come to work any more. And so can the leader have to make that connection for people and help them understand? I do think this idea of soft stuff is the hard stuff, right? Do they do they realize the importance of the team?"
