Impact on India Japan Ties

India and japan are like civilizational brothers twins whatever you want to call it india has had a huge influence on japanese culture over the past nearly 2000 years. The russians can help iran in its nuclear program if they so wish but i don't know what's going in their mind for a new nuclear nation. I'm not sure if  russia wants a nuclear powered nuclear armed iran.
