Asara talked about her interview with Tatiana from Stripe. She said she has admired Stripe's design processes and output for a very long time. Riley cut out a couple of takeaways from like the season in general take where one being having a supportive team that encourages openness and creativity can take a team far super agree then no matter how senior over level everyone has a different process yep that is true too. Asara talks about my interview with Matt from Helpskart saying I borrowed his approach to design systems especially the spacing in a current project I could see an improved workflow for myself and my small team of designers and devs truly inspiring to watch.
