Sometimes I need time out away from all of that to just be me. There's this pressure you're meant to be with the kids 24-7 alongside them. But if you can find time in the day to have a walk with Rio, have a cup of tea with him in the kitchen, that is enough to just have a bit of time where it's just the two of you without the kids.
